Refund and Return Policy

T.T. DALK RETRUN POLICY

You can initiate a return within 48 hours for T.T. DALK Official Store items and 3 days for other eligible items if you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags, and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed; otherwise, your return will be invalid.

If your return request is validated, our refund timelines will be as follows:

  • If you paid with Cash, the refund will be issued to your bank account details provided when creating it within 72 hours. It may take up to 2–5 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
  • If you paid via bank card or transfer, you’ll receive the refund back to your bank card within 72 hours. It may take up to 3–7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
  • When a wrong, damaged, or defective item is delivered to you and the return policy states that you return it within 48 hours, it will be exchanged for the actual item you requested.

Is it possible that my return will not be accepted?

If your return request meets the eligibility conditions, it will be approved. Otherwise, our Quality Check Team will have to decline your claim following a thorough inspection. For example, you may have returned the item without its original packaging, or an unsealed product (such as luggage, shoes, or Bags) has been returned but does not present any functionality issues following a check by our specialized team.

How do I track my return status?

We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FEES IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to T.T. DALK.

How and when will I receive my refund if my return is valid?

The refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. Once your claim is validated, T.T. DALK will proceed with the refund within 24 hours.

Please note that:

If you have chosen bank transfer as your refund method, your refund will be processed directly into the bank account provided. It may take up to 2–5 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.

When a customer makes a deposit for an item and comes back to say he or she doesn’t want the item anymore and says they should get a refund, in this case, the refund takes 10–15 business days.

When a customer pays twice for the same item, a refund takes 5-7 Business days.

If you have chosen “refund to your bank card” as your refund method, your refund will be processed into the bank card. It may take up to 3–7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.

I CANNOT SEE MY REFUND BUT GOT AN EMAIL WITH THE SUBJECT “T.T. DALK REFUND”?

If you have chosen “refund to your bank card” as your refund method, please be informed that the refund goes directly to the bank card, hence the reason for the email.

It may take up to 3–7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.

If my returned product is not eligible for a refund, how do I get informed?

If your return is not cleared for refund, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you.

Please note that we will make two attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days for you to pick it up at T.T. DALK, after which it will be forfeited.

We always suggest to our customers that they accept the delivery of the returned item and request a return if they are not happy with the feedback.

  1. RETURN PICK-UP TIMELINE:

The return pick-up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associates retrieves the item that you will like to return. These timelines also apply if you are dropping off your returns at one of our Store

  1. REFUND TIMELINE:

The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates until the day the refund process is completed.


Note: If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, the item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed.
