If MY RETURNED PRODUCT IS NOT eligible FOR a refund, HOW DO I GET INFORMED?
If your return is not cleared for refund, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you.
Please note that we will make two attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days for you to pick it up at T.T. DALK, after which it will be forfeited.
We always suggest to our customers that they accept the delivery of the returned item and request a return if they are not happy with the feedback.

1. RETURN PICK-UP TIMELINE:
The return pick-up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associates retrieves the item that you will like to return. These timelines also apply if you are dropping off your returns at one of our pick-up stations.
1. REFUND TIMELINE:
The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our
delivery associates until the day the refund process is completed.
Note: If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, the item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed.
